tried reinstalling this and gmod and restarting pc and clearing workshop cache. nothing has helped yet.

You might need to subscribe to the later version F4 for the missing content.
thats due to the high resolution lighting on the map, you need to enter this on the servers console before you load the map and or put it into the autoexec or config file.

Not sure what the issue is.
either way i think this one gives off the biggest "Green Hill Zone" ish vibe to me
the newer one reminds me of a Sonic Unleashed level..
10/10 tho its pretty big and whats not to love in a big map (other than extra loading..)

ive tried adding other buildings ive made but they just dont fit with the flow of the map because they were designed for a more urban area, I have added more buildings however.
Not adding tracks, too complex, only serves one purpose. You can add tracks in youself ingame.
the map wont load, crashes game when i enter it.
