If Skyrim were my own game, or if i were using scripts in this mod, I would make it way more complicated :3

It's highly unlikely that waiting indoors for 31 days will actually be necessary.
The main file is compatible with both DLC files individually. Legendary is just all 3 in one mod.
How you acquired the DLC is irrelevant, as long as you have them (Dawnguard and Dragonborn)
