the game sad its out of order, can you make a little update for that?

My game says that this mod was not made for current game version, can you confirm this?

".. without the need to build a Station first" - Well knock me down with a feather .. I never realised that! With well over 3,000 hours of CSL gameplay under my belt this fact went by unnoticed until my most recent map. I don't bother with milestones yet rail tracks remained locked. I thought I had a bug. Searched the workshop for a fix and despite this mod being 6 years old I saw it was created by TPB, so it was a no-brainer to subscribe. All works perfectly in 2021. Thank you!

This mod is working fine. Needs 7.5k population for metro and 10k for train though. Or you can verify by disabling all mods except this one and Unlock All.

This doesn't seem to work for me anymore. I do have the mod enabled in content manager (checked multiple times).

Is it still working for others after the latest patch? Could also be a mod conflict, since I have 85 mods atm :-)

SOLVED That was my problem, didnt show in list of mods to enable it. Only showed on the list of items subscribed to in steam workshop. I had to move it out of the steam workshop folder and put it in the AppData Mods folder for it to work.

it works just fine for me. don't forget to enable the mod in content manager

Hmmm, got unlock all and not getting unlocked tracks with this mod. Can anyone confirm its still properly working please.

Had unlock all mod going and realized after blowing up the train tracks and roads to put my on and off ramp on I couldn't use train tracks to fix it. So good on you and ya that's just stupid nuisance so thank you. LOL

YES! Hated having to have a random default station somewhere

@ Froudini and @TPB Using this mod I do not have or need a default station. The station (and only station) I am using is the 1890 train station. You do have to connect the line to the centre platform as this is the default platform for this station. Trains are coming to my station and are spawning there as well.

I still haven't figured out how to unlock bus, train and metro "lines"(as in tranport lines). I'm researching how to achieve this as it's another thing that highly annoys me. Once I figure it out, I'm hoping it will make it possible to remove the requirements for transport lines entirely and make it so that custom stations will work without the need for vanilla ones. Stay tuned o/

Like GordonDry said, I still have to build a default station to be able to make a metro line. I'd like to get rid of that silly default station that is lingering in some remote corner of my map to unlock the metro lines.

I still have to build a vanilla metro station to build a line after I built a tunnel and custom stations.
I guess it's the same with trains.

Great mod! Regarding the custom station issue. I've found that you have to build one of the original stations to make things work. Even if you use a duplicate of the original station, the line will still be dead. So right now there seems to be no way around building at least 1 of the vanilla stations in each category.
