There are tutorials on Youtube but the short version is, you get a FN skin of the gun you made the skin for, go into the code, make csgo recognise your skin as the proper thing and launch in -insecure mode. Then just equip the skin in your inventory.

There is a guy with Banana in his name who does a great tutorial! Hope this helps
