The speed at which the eye orbits feels a bit too fast, can you slow it down a little, perhaps? Let the eye float serenely, instead of circling hecticly. That would give other players a chance to look at the detail better, too.

Best Halloween particle effects I have seen in the Workshop so far by a wide margin! Straight from the hands of the master particle crafter. :-)

The translucency, the inner glow, the glowing mist (much better than the more opaque Burning and Scorching Flames effects which I personally dislike)... this looks amazing.

Just one question: Are the green eye and the purple eye two different, separate particle effects? At first I wondered if it was team-coloured, green for BLU and purple for RED, but from the video and pictures provided it doesn't seem to be the case.

My only nitpick is, in the video the orbit of the eyes looks rather small, it seems to be clipping into the character's head? It's hard to see. but In hats with a wide brim or bulky crown the eye might clip through it?

Holy Moly! it is soooooooooooooooooo awesome!!!!!! i like this unusual! but it would be awesome to find it in a gift and then use it with every hat you want. or with every unusual hat you want. it is so AWESOMOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
