@Skyferret thanks again for your input. I'm still trying to find my style and I'm at that place where I wonder if it's over the top or not enough or if not enough is the right amount or over the top is the right amount. I wish I could get more input.
I've been going back playing my favorite maps trying to get some sense of balance but it's hard to tell. Like anything else i know it just comes with experience.

A couple of minor things. It seems env_cubemap is missing. It might have something to do with exporting a PTI map. The open ceiling could use more dilapidated frame-work. It would look good with env_projectedtexture. But this would mean you'd have to delete the one from inside the observation room because you can only use one at a time.
