Addition: I realized there is a "fin" part.

New idea!

If you equip the hat and the fin, you would unlock a taunt that allows the pyro to snap his jaws angrily. And you can only do the taunt with both cosmetics equipped.

Maybe this hat + Neon Annihilator you could unlock a taunt (like an achievement of some sort) and you could only use the taunt with this hat equipped.

This idea might be dumb, but it's worth a comment

I frankly prefer the one that came earlier, but this may have a higher chance of getting in, as it looks more like a costume than an actual shark.
