There is an option under the rotor that says maximum degrees and another that says minimum degrees.

Well, there is no programming. Just rotors, timers and landing gear.

How do you program a rotor to turn a cirtain amount of degrees and stop? all i can do is get it to start rotating an a random speed and then turn down the speed until it eventually stops.

All moving parts are locked with landing gear.
Or the devs broke all the landing gears?
