Yeah you can't access the item in any way, but I figured out a solution, edited your mods .json file with an alternative image link, worked like a charm.

The table is really just a custom mesh i locked into place on top of an existing table. So just unlock it and open it's properties and see it's texture URL, change it however you like, upload somewhere, apply it on the mesh again.

This is really great, I wanted to make some personal changes to the table but have no idea how to change the texture of the custom table,
