hey umm wen host mi game i do not start on a island

Is anyone else crashing when generating their world? it only happens when I enable this mod. The only other server mod I use is personal Chester mod.

Can you update/modify this mod please I got on an island and ocean trees and mobs were there.

Would it be possible to change the mod so that bells only spawn in their respective islands? We want to make it a little harder to initially get an island so we like the bells to spawn on islands. I think this could be a good option to have as a configuration and maybe others would like this too. Also, since so many people lose/drop their bells, it would be nice to know where the bell would respawn when server restarts. thanks.

UPDATE. 1. Mod now compatible with latest klei update (Thanx to @tuffdwarf for report).

Since the most recent upgrade to DST, your wonderful mod is no longer working. When you try to pick up a bell it drops the bell you supposedly have on you saying "one island is enough for me". That's even when you are starting a new map and have yet to find a bell.

I think the game is so much more fun when I can jump to my island and make my own paradise. Even though the islands are no longer as safe as they were ... I even get pengulls on my islands in winter!! .. And bosses!! ... that I can be handle.

I'd give a lot to have an island again. Could you possibly take a look and see if it is easily fixed?

Your mod took the bell and started the game, but the bell didn't show in the lattice, the bell dropped on the island, picked the bell and disappeared, started the game and remained in the unmanned island.

@Astro teleporting back to mainland off of islands puts you in random spots

@Raybet, just tried with 4 islands. Amount of bells equals amount of islands for me. Probably you have conflict with another mod or you tried to decrease amount of islands after islands were already generated. There is no way to remove already generated islands. Even turning this mod off will not help. The only way is to rollback your world.

TOO Many islands... I set my setting to 4 islands in total but we kept getting new bells for some reason hence more islands, it doesnt teleport between island and main only also. Tired of teleporting all around the maps. I don't know how to return to certain islands. Very confusing and time consuming. Please make number of limit relevant ty.

While I enjoy this mod, it is *highly* demanding on resources player-side. Unless people have beastly computer mem...they crash. Wendy crashes whenever Abigail is in tow (for me and many others). Webber crashes when he has a spider in-tow. Mandrakes and Chester seem to be fine and don't cause crashes to occur when they are the followers. They are both non-hostile entities, so I'm thinking it may be that. In any case, I had to remove it from my server due to the over 90% complaint rate from crashing. VERY nice mod...but far too demanding on player-side computer resources.
