The director of the web series wanted to ask the developer(s) of this mod with his own account, but he can’t seem to comment for some reason. So I am posting it for him. The message goes: “Hello. in short: the only directory where textures are loaded from is SE/Content/Textures

@「 Soma 」 no, this mod and most of my other mods are fine, the purple textures is actually because they only load textures from the local content directory, textures in mod folders are not loaded at all. every single mod with own textures are affected, mods that use vanilla textures are fine because the textures still exist in the games content directory, you can test that this mod and most other still work if you extract the mods sbm into the se content dir

@everyone, the reload after 6 shots was there from the beginning even before i send the github request, the plan was once they include the github request i would not need to upload the mod with the changes but KEEN renamed the parameter later which made this mod not working as intended, will fix it now and reupload, sorry that it took so long

@Eikester Are you interested in applying the changes I am making to your original upload? If not, can I get your authorization to reupload a more balanced version that does not fire infinitely without a reload time?

Could you please introduce projectile spread and/or reload times? Point defense systems are able to track the missiles all the way back into the turret, destroying the turret and my ship.

This turret used to have a reload after 4 shots, could you perhaps bring that back? I mostly ask for this, one; because of the new particle effects, and the constant barrage of missiles introduces a lot of lag. Second: mostly to help balance it a bit.

Perhaps need to be rebalanced. Lower fire rate, or give it a reasonable reload time after 6 shots.

Can you please edit the minimal elevation of turret to, say, -5 degrees? Because if these turrets are mounted on opposite sides of a ship, only one side may fire at a target that is, for example, directly in forward.

I found that Soat's "Nukes and Lasers" mod greatly increases the power of the 20cm missiles used by this turret. I don't know if the turret is supposed to have 4km range (turrets will lock on at the standard .8km but rockets can travel 4km before exploding). Combining the two makes for a lot of firepower, considering you could fit about 3x the number of these turrets on a ship that you could the stupid vanilla ones.

can you add the info of the required conveyor size (small, large) for the 120mm missile to your description ? I'm a little confused because the port is small but works on Ravenbolts conveyor system (which are effectively large ports). Thanks !

This is a lovely model that fits much more cleanly onto a ship than the vanilla small missile turret. And the ammo is cheaper, too! (Although I assume it does less damage.)

I bet these will work great against the small grid pirate drones found on planets, perhaps mounting several atop an armored rover, or above and below the wings or body of a gunship...

Can we get a version of this for gattling guns? I like them a ton, and they're the best turret for small spaces, but I find it silly that using these for counter missle defense is my best option(don't ask).

for some reason, these turrets keep shooting through my ship to get to a target. any reason why? and any way to fix this?
