@Link To use the howitzer, you have to carefully put a shell in the barrell and then the propellant behind it, then press E on the propellant.

@Mr. Cozec To get rid of the crystals, use an admin clean up. (Google a video if you don't know how). But using an admin clean up will delete everything you placed along with the crystals.

I just unsubscribed and then resubscribed the mod. The crystals are gone. Also, how was I supposed to know what the liquid tiberium bomb did?

That's your fault for using the liquid tiberium bomb. Try an admin cleanup, and don't use it again. It's a really crappy bomb...

When you subscribe it should show you that you need the other addon. If not, its to your riht under required items. Sorry about that
