Report a translation problem
You just generate the map with these mods, save it right away on turn 0 (or a little later if you want, doesn't matter). Then go back to the main menu and do all your future loadings within the singleplayer screen without any mods active.
Is your game up to date? Are you playing under Rising Tide?
As always, the maximum sponsors you can have on a map is 150% of the default value. If you want to increase the amount of sponsors on the smaller maps, modify the default values.
