I played different nations, but the Alans is a real different feeling! I like it. Best regards, Rainer

If there's a chance you want to do another great mod, i suggest maybe can do vandals, Them's unit roster are little poorly. Hopefully you still have time and passion to do more content for attila. Thank you again.

blakeboles91 5. apr. 2019 kl. 1:34

Elchman69 12. mar. 2018 kl. 6:52
are your unit mods radious compatible?
keff 11. apr. 2017 kl. 10:23
Can you also remove the berserk trait from some units...like the last general unit?? Its a pain in the ass that they go bersek and almost kill themselves...
Thx

Love this mod! Wish there was one for all the Barbarian Kingdoms. I'm struggling with the Burgundians right now. BTW is there a way to increase the garrison size for select kingdoms? The Burgundian garrisons are too small.
Ordoprinceps 25. mar. 2017 kl. 6:20
Sebidee, I have loved all your mods previously and will try this one today and let youu know. The Langobards seem at a real disadvantage at the opening of the game, this will be my first go with them.
EmeraldArcher 5. sep. 2016 kl. 1:28
Well that's immediately made me want to start a new game as the Langobards!
Sebidee  [ophavsmand] 27. feb. 2016 kl. 3:43
Updated now with a fix.
Ghostface 27. feb. 2016 kl. 1:52
I want the first Crown which the first nation leader Wears to be default can you make it ?Do you Know that sons of the kings that look exactly like the regular generals ? And as you Know when they get to the throne they won't be able to wear that Crown, what i'm sayin is can u remove that specific type of generals from the game so that only uniqe sons can be born in the process.
Archmagos YD 26. feb. 2016 kl. 21:08
yeah i can confirm this. my unit descriptions for slavic faction units is blank for me as well. after deactivating/activating several mods i also can confirm that this langobard tweak mod is the one messing with the descriptions.
Kreigor Moorkus 26. feb. 2016 kl. 20:03
Hey man! I may have found a problem with the mod. While playing as the new Slavic factions, while mousing over units, no names or anything comes up except for stats. I turned off all my mods and went through them all and pinpointed it to this mods. Works fine when it is turned off. Does this sound really weird, and is there anyone else with the same problem? Regardless, keep up the awesome work and hope this helps!

Haha, thanks :)

How do you not work for CA? :p You seem to fix more bugs than they do.
Sebidee  [ophavsmand] 10. dec. 2015 kl. 20:14
Thanks for using the mod :)

Thanks, been liking your mods!
Sebidee  [ophavsmand] 18. okt. 2015 kl. 11:14
Nope, not planning on doing roster a big series of roster expansions. I will add some more units when I think they are really needed. My Attila focus is on other bigger stuff :)
392 y/o Greenland Shark 18. okt. 2015 kl. 10:46
Are you planning on doing full Roster Expansions for all the factions like you did with Rome 2? Maybe after the Barbarian Invasion mod you're working on comes out?
Xbord 18. okt. 2015 kl. 4:45
Will you do the same to other factions?
Sebidee  [ophavsmand] 17. okt. 2015 kl. 16:36
The unit descriptions weren't removed, they are still there, just hidden. They appear when you hover your mouse of the unit's name in it's stats card.
Wiid 17. okt. 2015 kl. 15:07
only thing is since the unit discriptions where removed, theres ultimately no way to communicate that function to the player, so ultimately I scrapped the idea.
Wiid 17. okt. 2015 kl. 15:05
One thing I experimented with was, Dragoons. Units that are mounted have diffrent stats when they dismount, so all You have to do is give them better stats when they dismount then whenthere mounted. Then you actually might consider the action of dismounting units as a tactical plan, So there faster when mounted to get around but dismount to fight, it least at top efficiency.
Sebidee  [ophavsmand] 17. okt. 2015 kl. 13:52
You can give units different stats for mounted and on foot. You could put horse hewers on horses but give them bad mounted stats, that way they'd be proper mounted infantry :)
Stratigeni 17. okt. 2015 kl. 12:20
That would be interesting! I wonder if it's possible to put two riders on one horse though.

TW cavalry units have had the option to dismount for quite a while!
But, I think it would be a bit to complicated for gamers like myself to operate something like that.
Sebidee  [ophavsmand] 17. okt. 2015 kl. 11:59
That's interesting strategeni, maybe a mounted Horse Hewers unit?

And no I'm not planning any proper roster expansions, I'll probably just make some small unit mods for the factions I play.
KelticKiai90 17. okt. 2015 kl. 11:35
Does this mean you'll start roster expansion for Total War Attila? I'm a fan of your Rome 2 ones!
Stratigeni 16. okt. 2015 kl. 23:02
The langobards werent "weak" persay,...they were just all testosterone. One cool thing is that their horse slayers were actually much like the ancient chariot runners.
Except, the horse runners/slayers,..who were chosen for their very small stature (like horse jockeys), rode on the rump of the horse during battle. Then, when their cavalry masters engaged in battle,..they would jump off & cut the legs of the enemies horse. And then finish off the rider b4 he could get up off the ground!

This is how Ceasar's cavalry force defeated Pompey's MUCH larger cavalry force. And, when Labienus (the defector) seen them he got scared cause he had been with caesar in Gaul & knew what they were capable of.
Sebidee  [ophavsmand] 16. okt. 2015 kl. 11:43
Thanks wolfie :)
Wolfman (alive and kicking) 16. okt. 2015 kl. 11:36
well done, Seb ;)
Waffles 16. okt. 2015 kl. 8:34
Nice! I also found those clubs a little bit off :p
Too bad you aren't doing the same as in rome II :)
Sebidee  [ophavsmand] 16. okt. 2015 kl. 6:58
Thanks Noif :)
Noif1988 16. okt. 2015 kl. 6:01
Nice fix, my friend! :) +1
Alaric 14. okt. 2015 kl. 16:54
I played with the Visigoths a couple of times, and I felt most of their roster was made of generic germanic units, and generic gothic units (that both the Visigoths and Ostrogoths have).

What you did in this Langobards mod was subtle but spot-on, and the fact that you even corrected armour that was clipping shows that you really pay attention to detail!
Sure the Visigoths could use some unique units (especially sword units in my opinion), but then again I think most factions could use a mod like this!

Anyway, thanks for the reply and for this cool mod :)
Can't wait to see more mods from you Sebidee, keep up the good work!
HudsonJCM 14. okt. 2015 kl. 7:03
cracking

:steamhappy:
Sebidee  [ophavsmand] 14. okt. 2015 kl. 6:53
I'll probably make a mod like this for every faction I play if I think it needs it :)
HudsonJCM 13. okt. 2015 kl. 19:11
Cracking

for a new campaign may I suggest Himyar, nothing like having to pick a fight with Rome or the Sassanids...or both if your feeling crazy :steamhappy:

(will there be more roster tweaks?)
Alaric 13. okt. 2015 kl. 17:29
Wow, this looks great! Can't wait to try it!
Sebidee, I know you don't just make a mod like this in 5 min, but I would like to ask (if you have the time for it, of course) could you do it for the Visigoths too?
