Hello, I wanted to know if this asset can be used without the Terraform Tool 0.9?
Braman 27 Dec, 2020 @ 9:06am
Hello @CGVos, my name is Fernando I am from Argentina. I am communicating with you because I saw your work and it seemed fantastic. I want to do something similar to my own waterfront, but I don't know how, I can use sketchup, vray, photoshop, and more, but I don't know how to convert my 3d model so that it can be integrated into a park. I would like to know if you could briefly explain to me how you did, or what are the steps to follow. From already thank you very much.
Mikeysoft 21 Mar, 2020 @ 10:35pm
Well, this is the only asset I use for walkways and decorating my seafront. But would really appreciate if someone made a video tutorial on how to use this asset correctly.:steamhappy:
maurymara 17 Aug, 2019 @ 7:48am
Isn't possible close the corner? People fall down... :)))
=SAVERS=#1 17 Sep, 2018 @ 3:22pm
why theres no trees?
Slik 29 Jul, 2018 @ 3:15pm
Wonderful. Now could you add a corner piece so we can also use it as a retaining wall?
londonrials 1 Jul, 2018 @ 2:15pm
I can't find these anywhere in the game menu. I can find all the other quays besides the other way.
GCVos  [author] 5 Dec, 2017 @ 7:16am
Okay so, I'm not seeing the problem with this asset, I can still plop it anywhere and terraform the surrounding area. I have been looking into making these into quay assets, it's possible, but it tends to deform the meshes a lot...
GCVos  [author] 5 Nov, 2017 @ 5:00am
I haven't tested this asset lately so I'll have to go back and see what's causing this problem and how I can fix it. It's probably caused by one of the latest updates...
CitizenWMustache 18 Oct, 2017 @ 3:40pm
Question: with road modding coming tomorrow with the free update and including templates like the vanilla quay, what are the chances of converting these walls (and the EU ones) into 'dragable' seawalls? Will it be possible?
-=Sentinel=- 17 Sep, 2017 @ 3:55am
This looks great! One of my favourites! Could you by any chance create a 45°, 90° and 135° element? That would be awesome!
Stealthy 21 Jun, 2017 @ 2:08pm
This seems to want to flatten out massively big area around it to its level, meaning it can't be used on seaside anymore? Also it has lost its texture and is all grey. The EU version works and looks fine.
Angelhearth 27 May, 2017 @ 9:30am
@CGVos. Ok, I'm too stupid for this. I understand the placing and terraforming, that was easy enough, but how do I connect the lower walkway, or is it only meant for roads, and if so, how do I snap to it?
Ranazomic 10 May, 2017 @ 11:24am
Messed up,when place it(all your canals), it jump a level up, tryed to fix it with "Move It" works almost fine but then buildings around it builds "mountens" with there house on.
WizardlyJew 6 Apr, 2017 @ 1:16am
I'm assuming I require the terraform tool, but the terraform mod says coding is required for it to work. I'm not in the least familiar with coding. Have I missed something?
DeadPool 26 Feb, 2017 @ 9:53am
got a corner piece?
Jicarro 10 Jan, 2017 @ 11:17am
@DzOnizZ Just don't download the trees then. Then you could put your own trees.
Dėdė Džo 21 Dec, 2016 @ 4:09am
Yeah, the version without the trees would be soooooo firggin cool.
WWII Pepsi69 16 Dec, 2016 @ 3:05pm
Also, could you please make an alternate version without the trees? I am trying to run an elevated metro above your wall and over my sunken highway, but the trees keep getting in the way :(
WWII Pepsi69 16 Dec, 2016 @ 2:16pm
LOVE THIS MOD! Any chance you could add an inner corner piece to go with this? I'm trying to use this for my sunken highway running through my downtown area. Thanks!
jPRO93 13 Nov, 2016 @ 9:20am
Good job!
Nugget 16 Jun, 2016 @ 5:54am
this is very very good! but the tree
GCVos  [author] 28 May, 2016 @ 9:50am
@ Blackdragonbird: Good question, I'll see what I can do!
Blackdragonbird 27 May, 2016 @ 3:57am
@GCVos. Any possibility you publish that square treebeds as a standalone prop? They will look great in my custom parks. =D
GCVos  [author] 1 Mar, 2016 @ 10:43pm
@ Blue: That's the EU version in between. :)
@ Frusciante: There are no curves, just the rounded edges that will show up at corners.
Blue [ITA] 28 Feb, 2016 @ 2:14pm
Great Mod, hard to place but really very cool, when i use it, i remeber sc4 micromanegement, thx a lot @GCVos.
I have a little question :), how do u make the wall over the dock in the fourth picture?
sass m8 25 Feb, 2016 @ 9:28am
Tried getting curves to work but they won't, how do I curve?
Luijin~ 7 Jan, 2016 @ 1:18am
Beautiful. Waterfront suburb on the way :)
GCVos  [author] 3 Jan, 2016 @ 6:44am
The curves are part of the model :) They will expose themselves at any corner...
Gian36 28 Dec, 2015 @ 3:52pm
How do you get the curved part that can be seen in the third and seventh picture?
sacha_neuage 5 Nov, 2015 @ 12:54pm
great thanks for that
GCVos  [author] 5 Nov, 2015 @ 12:40pm
Glad you like them, I'm also quite happy how they turned out. I also keep making new maps everytime I have new assets. :P

It's possible to disconnect these from roads. Go into the asset editor, set all tourism to 0 and save the file under a different name, you should be able to build it without warnings.
sacha_neuage 5 Nov, 2015 @ 12:11pm
These are really geat. I was just womdering if there was anyway they could be placed and have the road demolished without those symbols coming up. Id really like to use them with train tracks running alongside
Froudini 31 Oct, 2015 @ 11:23am
Just wanted to say that I absolutely love this and the EU version. I'm making a new map from scratch right now, just to have a perfect starting point and base height to make a system of canals and harbor areas :)
GCVos  [author] 25 Oct, 2015 @ 8:40am
Cool! Thank you :D
elitedeathmob 24 Oct, 2015 @ 1:01pm
@GCVos I've already seen both walls in use in LONDSW city he's making on twitch. They are a great addition to the game.
GCVos  [author] 21 Oct, 2015 @ 10:08pm
I'm planning to build some large industrial / harbor platforms. For those type of walls, I would consider using Seawall 01 by Mas71: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=425073656
unity 21 Oct, 2015 @ 10:01pm
Unless I missed them elsewhere, I would love to see some industrial waterfront walls. These are the style commonly seen in my parts.

GCVos  [author] 21 Oct, 2015 @ 9:39pm
Thank you :D It's quite cool you can make pedestrian bridges and walkways on a lower level. Also on the EU version you can build roads on top (useful for HW ramps).
elitedeathmob 21 Oct, 2015 @ 9:29pm
Thank you so much this is quite impressive :)
Breeze 21 Oct, 2015 @ 5:53am
The shape of the canal is really unique. Sidewalk of the underground!
Breeze 21 Oct, 2015 @ 5:50am
Thank you for making the third canal.
GCVos  [author] 18 Oct, 2015 @ 1:08pm
Thank you guys! Can't wait to see them alongside downtown canals :D
Darth Modus - God of Richards 18 Oct, 2015 @ 8:31am
