The warrior's wear looks WAY better than the shogun's shoulder guard, i'd remove the halloween restriction on the set then it'd be perfect.

Because valve only added hats for the scout, pyro, and engineer. Invasion was like this too. Little or nothing for everyone else, all hats went to those classes.
