@Davy and everyone else saying mod makes game too easy, this mod is best played with other mods that increase unit size, mods that increase unit size often dont affect garrisons which for me has made defending against revolts almsot impossible as sub 4000 armies stack against like 480 garrisons at major settlements

Upgrading garrisons makes the legendary campaign stupid easy. I'm looking for a mod that only increases enemy garrisons. I hate having the ability to steamroll enemy garrisons late game.

I just tried this mod and... I dont think its 1.5x, just disabled it, loaded my game and minor settlements went from 20+ army garrison (a lot of high level units for an early game) to 6 actual garrison looking troops. 20 is NOT 6*1.5 more like 300%+

Maybe if garrisons went from 5 units to 10-12 units it would be cool but 20? nah

The Governor's Palace of the Eastern Roman faction had their own garrisons, and it seems that these garrisons did not grow properly

shouldn't have touched the Romans, they build garrison buildings everywhere and now every siege has 17 infantry units you have to kill

It works just fine with the Franks, but make sure you have the garrison patches

I will be releasing an updated version of this soon since the author is no longer responding.
There is an error check function at the top, in the right box. Delete the invalid lines that have a 0 in them.

could you update maybe im using it with a friends mod and forgotten realsm mod dont seem to be working or might just be me.

not using radious using mod with radious units as i couldnt settle as nomads or build anything on forgotten rrealsm with radious on

Can you think about doing a mod that also does this to hoards, giving them more army slots and giving them more cheap weak units that would resemble the commoners of the hoard assembling for battle, just so this mod is balanced?

Been using this mod for a while and have thought it to be absolutely perfect and have thoroughly enjoyed having it but in the past week or two when I have had it on, I start a new campign and the mod works fine but after about 20 turns or so, the mod stops working and I go back to vanilla garrions. Was wondering if there is a fix for this?

i like this mod, i tryed double garrison and didn't like the amount of archers there were. as i normally take out the archers before moving in on the settlement. i used this one for along time prior to trying double but i felt no need to toy with that many archers

You say it increases by 1.5 but it really doesnt, it just reduced the amount of archers. like if without the mod you have a garrison with 2 spears and 2 archers, you should have 3 spears and 3 archers with the mod. Is there a way to change it like this?

@Wendersnaven it's a bug that CA never fixed, happens to Germanic spearman and roman spear units when you upgrade via research. There is a mod that fixes that bug and it's great.

In the Last Roman campaign, garrisons seems to be working fine until you upgrade your troops through research. Tried waiting it out for six turns, and nothing. Playing as Rome Seperatist.

I see when you play with any of the desert factions (including DLC), the garrison ships disappear almost at any port level except in case of comercial ports. Needs an update.

Hmm, the original range units should still exist, they just shouldn't be doubled. I haven't done anything differently to before. Can you send me your fix?
