The first asset I made was a crematorium for industrial districts. Not knowing that buildings don't become props all on their own, I added a small vanilla factory as a sub-building, so that me new asset would be more than a parking lot.

Well, sure enough, the factory sub-building still functions as a factory ... "inside" the crematorium: "Frank's Fish Sticks: There's Something Fishy About the Fish!"
