Claptrap is love, Claptrap is life.
I wouldn't be against giving the Claptrap Civ abilities from Borderlands The Pre-Sequel.
The Vaulthunter.exe as his main ability with different effects, you could have ShadowTrap as his giant death robot replacement.
I'm still playing as Claptrap the way you have him but if you ever wanted to change him around I'm totally for it!

Have you ever tried implementing custom models in other games? Doing so in Skyrim might give you a better idea of the inner workings of a game, but it's still difficult to do this sort of thing without the use of the developer's tools.

Perhaps writing a letter to Brian Wade at Firaxis would be of help?

It's faith per turn, not total faith. I should of made it more clear :P

Nice idea, but claptrap unique ability is all over the place. The 20% production is great for late game and the +4 faith early game is... not very good. I dont think anyone would be able to capture enough city early on to even make a pantheon with. If you can make the faith gain scale with something else (i.e population?), it could be great. Other than that, the rest is fine.

that is so small except in the early game it is useless
bump it up to like 2 faith / turn or 1 fpt.
