I still get some errors in the grass, maybe some plants or something like that. Everything is mounted and the content packs are installed correctly.

have hl2 and the episodes installed and both content packs and still see pink checker patterns on the hills

for some reason every time i try to load into the map, I am able to roam around for a few seconds then GMod crashes with a small white box saying "engine error". and it only happens on this map, all my other maps load just fine. This map isn't like before again

I dunno wtf is going on, maybe its a mod conflict. Try narrowing down the mods to see if there is a conflict in textures or the grass sprites.
The cliff edges/hills are EP2 content AFAIK. so likely check that EP2 is mounted and properly installed. Otherwise, you could be having a mod conflict.

Theres a scripted entity in the q menu that lets you alter the colors. I am sure some scripts alter it as well but I don't know which ones off hand.

No, stairs aren't an alternative. Its dimensions are only slightly larger than a single player model.
And the "for sale" thing is just your script. Pretty sure you can fix that on your end.

yeah not a lot of love was given to that elevator. Maybe we can just remove it and place a 2x2 plate down and have them use the physgun to go up/down

The lift in the glass building is a func_movelinear idk why you would disable it. figure out the names of the buttons and disable them.

hi there the lift in the glass building and a few other place are classed as doors but i cant disable them due to the awkward positioning do you have a way of getting around it
