Ceiling Mount spawn code please

@Ryker - Hope you can get this working. haven't played ark in years. There is another mod out there that uses these assets,(Ark Advance) that might be causing a conflict. This was an unfinished project sadly left in testing, I didn't think it would see many subscribers.

Would love to find another ceiling turret mod or some additional tek turrets.

I tried to added it my server but it's causing my server to not start. I'll play around with. Deep 6 are you planning on updating it? I'm guessing not since it's been 2 years.

Hunting down a spare drive to stick the devkit on. If I find it, I'll message you and take you up on that offer!

As of this date, the mod still works. My aim is to combine it with PHYRIST's Skyplatform. In the 2-minute testing I did, one turret worked and killed a random ichthyornis, but I could not get them to log on to a Spinosaurus below me. I'm going to keep at it and work out these kinks because I think this is going to be a really darn fun project.

Does this turret not work at all on platforms or just not very well? I would love to add these to a titano platform

The resource in a battery disappear after relogging. -.-

What makes them not performing well on rafts? maybe a custom scripting can change that?

@Hirnsausen - Unfortunately turrets have never performed well on platforms/rafts. very frustrating because the main reason I made this mod in the beginning was for shark hunting.

good idea, but i cant build battery charging station and I miss Admin Spawncodes.

@DoctorDiscord Just wondering what your snap point to the ceiling is set as is it only to your turret type, Reason i ask this is ive had people asking me to make the same mount for AF weapon systems, if you set your snap to point to only allow turret parent then all turret mods can benifet from your ceiling mount well if they add the snap to there turrets as well, just a thought dude

oh one thing we had to do was do a mind wipe and what ever the big was it seamed to fix it at least for now

hi would like to ask if your going to put the photon tutet in useing your pedastill idea usieng the mod works grate had to mess witht he patery park like most others, but it the idea of puting up under neath is and looks so much better. other guns and mabby a gun and spotlight one or some thing might be an idea for you.

i can confirm with SIG, i cant make the battery charging station, engram is there and lit up but no craft menu comes up

bug with this mod. battery charging station say's must be crafted at smithy but onyl can be made on player

@Tyiarra Marie - Mod is clean and stackable. ID has been added to the description. Working on a new hard drive, I'll dig up the spawn codes and post tehm in dissussions when I get some time.

How can I get the mod ID number and do we have a spawn code maybe? I can't wait to add this and try it out ~ assuming this is clean and stackable as well? Great mod!! Cant wait to test.

@Ghost - For now this mod is pretty much done. It was originaly made to be added to another mod and this was just for testing. That other mod has been cancled and I don't see any further work being done being done to these items. I've just been lazy and not updated the photos or title.

It will not fire from any Dino Platform all tho it does lock on to targets it will not fire

Turret works as expected when attached to a building.

Turrets will track targets but not fire when attached to a platform.
1) Paracer Platform
2) Raft

@Dag - Make sure it is set to "attack all" targets. Also the range on this turret is half that of the normal one. Just tested it on my end to make sure a game update didnt change how turrets operated and this is still working fine.

powerd with pistol ammo using the barge mod so its placed on a building. i got 5 of em i made in game an they will not fire at anything

@DAG - are they placed properly? do they have power? are you using the proper ammo? are they spawned in or crafted? is another structure blocking the targeting? are they stationary or on a moving platform?

turrets are not workling

@Neme @Max - I think Aku Shima has a portable omni lamp. Would work great with the battery!

@loddman - Not sure when the rest of the mod will be finished, but this version will stay up for a while even after the mod pack is done and notice will be posted when to switch to the new mod. At this time these items seem stable. We have been using it on our server for a while with no issues so the testing on this is pretty much done.

Are you still working on this mod? When do you plan to release it?

I like the battery idea, nice!
Would be very handy with a portable standing electric flood or omni light of some kind, for doing any kind of activity at night.
