I haven't been able to simulate the problem below, so don't know if it exists. Cavalry can still get speedy, but thankfully not Benny Hill style. What happens if you lower their speed a point? I'm sure you've twead it already, but if not it worth a test run. The balance is just right and this is synergizing with my other mod choices. Thanks.
