Thanks, mostly designed it around functionality. Body of tractors for containing resources, a couple arms of thrusters with some minor strafing thrusters, and then some mining lasers.

Woops. Just realized that. I made a fleet ship with nothing but 30 solar panels, a couple trustees and a factory. I wanted to get rich, but instead I made a fleet of around 500 ships, and an impossible to navigate airspace. Lol

Just slap on a factory, and allies that don't have a factory themselves will share their R with you and other factory-bearing units.

you got your fleet to share their R with you? I though they just stole it. What have I been doing this whole time? ); I want to figure out how to make my fleet hand oveer their R now... and I probably will.

they need to be even rarer 0-0 i've just made a mining ship and can get atleast 20K in a minuite flat by putting a spawner on the back so everyone gives me their R while they mine for me since i spawned them

Must be a problem with the CVARS file, the one edited to manipulate certain limitations or portions of the game. Usually when overly tweaked, it tends to offset certain areas of the game unintended for changing.

I've learned from experience... It does... weird things.

Having an issue: The asteroids give the R, but now I can not get any R to transfer into C. I hand the R in, but get no C in return.

if only every faction had solar, in their own way, like Energy Reactor : explodes like 5 generators of the same size, generates 1 r per second, etc

for me this may be another mod but sometimes i see areas that are controlled by gemrads when i go there the only thing i find are these asteroids

Same deal with solar panels in general if you use them a certain way. I made Tinkrel solar stations and leapt from station of station reaping thousands upon thousands of resources, using multiple factories to gather it even faster. Except these have limits on how much you get in comparison to panels.

Some asteroids you have to fight for, fight to protect resources during transport, and some you have to clean of their current inhabitants.

Areas those asteroids are present is marked as "Controlled by Warpath" in the map, This is kinda bothering me.

As shown on the picture, when the gem is destroyed, it drops resources, which will be absorbed by your ship and be carried with you, untill you unload it at a station, or use it to fabricate your own ships.

Awesome, I finally found one. Amazing job on this mod.

Nothing at all needs to be done. The mod loads and modifies one of the asteroid parts that is already scattered throughout your world.

Do I need to regenerate my world or go through a wormhole in order to get these on a previous save slot?

Since the asteroid parts are considered blocks in the same way ship parts are, I highly doubt one could have the game distinguish the difference. Same coding as with ship parts, only a different faction, heavy, randomly spawning, and often without command blocks.

Now we just need somebody to make a mining laser that does damage to asteroids but not ships

The ship and the laser make it look like a sword is plunging into the asteriod in the thumbnail!
