I enjoyed everything except the tedious cube volleyball. That spoiled the experience considerably, but otherwise it's a masterfully made chamber
Muzozavr 24 Mar, 2024 @ 8:43am
Very inventive usage of the 'no elements' move, one where the reason for it is rather unusual. There is one more aiming step where you might want to plan ahead (especially if you save as you go), although resetting isn't as painful as it seems... but overall, once you turn on the light bridge , the hardest part is done and the rest should unravel itself pretty soon. Took me a little under 40 minutes, so not that easy but should be absolutely within most people's reach.

Lovely test that would've greatly benefitted from the targetting line option in BEEMod. Took about 3 attempts to get the cube aligned properly even after I had the logic of the solve worked out.

This map holds up very well! I had a great time with it for how much there is, uses everything quite well. Faved!

Beautiful solution

very nice puzzle. It looked overwhelming at first but once it clicks it just flows to the end.

Good to play this again

Fun map, no ninja moves needed, all super easy and logical

brilliant

Nice puzzle! I liked the pre-planned aiming of the laser cube and the momentum use of the downwards-angled panel. I only wish the pull funnel had been used a bit more, haha.
bullfrog 30 Mar, 2020 @ 6:57am
Another brilliant puzzle ticked off the list and 'that move' only took me two attempt this time, which is 1 better than 3 years ago ;)
dcook 6 Mar, 2020 @ 5:31am
Plan before you act.... this can't be stressed enough.. especially if you save as you go... I missed one really important aiming step... had to restart, as I saved after I was on the lightbridge a few portals later... . the "no element" move wasn't really hard for me to execute.. just took me a while to see... Fun Map.. Thanks for your efforts...

Excellent puzzle! Great use of lightbridge. I liked how you could throw the cube into the funnel room, but ruin the solution and have to start over, like I didn't! Thumbs up and fav!
Dark Rozen 12 Jun, 2019 @ 6:17pm
Pretty cool chambers, although not much reuse of elements

Great map, with a logical solution that nicely flows from beginning to end. A definite thumb up!
Nobody No-One 2 Jul, 2018 @ 5:16pm
Very nice. Once I got the cube onto the button that controls some fizzlers, I was able to plan out almost the entire process from there. Thumbs up and favorited.

Very nice map. Played around for a bit but then when I buckled down, I really enjoyed it. Not to difficult overall, but great use of the elements

Great map! I was also stuck at the 'no elements part' for a while. But reasoning it was the only way to go, I've managed it in the end. The rest was smooth sailing.
Mikeastro 1 Jan, 2018 @ 5:09pm
Applying backwards reasoning quickly reduces the puzzle to the ''no elements'' move, but the fact that it does reduce that far, is a remarkable feat of excellent chamber design. Nice map!
Psychological Atom 29 Dec, 2017 @ 9:51pm
That was an absolutely fantastic map! Thumbs up and favorite!
anpy 29 Dec, 2017 @ 1:43pm
Excellent puzzle! Every step is well thought-out and clever. I wasn't stuck at the no-elements bit like other players , but the step after that got me confused. But I finally managed to solve it! Great work. Thumbs up and favorite :)
Dr. Strangelove 24 Nov, 2017 @ 3:11am
Very nice puzzle. I must say though that the most trouble I had was with the "no element" move, but in terms of execution rather than figuring it out. Specifically my issue was that I was jumping into the entry portal to try and get more momentum but in fact this makes it harder to execute. . Don't get me wrong, if you don't do that mistake, it's not hard to execute, but the result is that I (wrongly) concluded it was intended to be impossible and might have given up altogether if I did not then read your intro. Up to you to see if you want that to be part of the difficulty of the puzzle or not, but if the latter I can't see why the angled surface could not be just a tiny bit lower, for instance .
Fumbly Bumbly 12 May, 2017 @ 1:08am
Great puzzle. The fling could be a tad annoying to pull off in this particular instance (Could you not have a ledge or something to land on below the angled panel, with some other adjustments? Though I suppose that could lead to some rather inelegant layout design) , but the rest of the puzzle is excellent. Thumbs up and added to my favourites :)
bullfrog 4 May, 2017 @ 2:18am
Excellent logic puzzle. Really clever ending, not difficult to do, but takes a while to work out, which you MUST do early on. The bit requiring “tiny dexterity” took me only 3 attempts – and I’m rubbish at that sort of thing – so I agree, it “adds a bit of pepper” as opposed to being annoying. Thumbs up and yet another favourite :)

Nicely done! Very clever in connecting the separate areas.

I've played many clever puzzles but this one is one of the most clever ones. Everything seems so perfect that I really don't have much to say. Thumbs up!

I'm also clicking the favorite button because if this map doesn't deserve it, no other
puzzlemaker-made map does. :)

Very good and well design small bridge/laser map !

great chamber needed a peak to see how to get into the funnel room. gotta remember that trick

Thanks Red !
@Jade BGE, nice, glad to know you're playing my chambers :)
@YUKI_67 & Miami Mike, seeing Yuki's run, I made an attempt of faciliting the execution of one particular step (and changed minor aesthetic details).
Jade BGE 30 Oct, 2015 @ 12:02pm
Yes! Finally got another one of your maps. That was fantastic! A favorite. Thank you.
RedSilencer 29 Oct, 2015 @ 8:28am
Really good. I love the interconnectedness.
Almisuifre  [author] 28 Oct, 2015 @ 11:02am
It's a usual 'No Element' maneuver, I didn't thought it could be too tricky. But I missed something if you didn't get enought momentum. You probably did the same as Yuki on its 2nd attempt : I have to fix that, because you're right it can be frustrating, sorry !
May I propose you Interchange: Deer's Feather which is a pure easy-to-execute logic one :)
Miami Mike 27 Oct, 2015 @ 11:53am
I mean the part where you jump into the portal in the shallow pit and come out of the panel opposite the orange excursion funnel, then shoot a portal below you as you fall so that you go through and fling yourself upward from the shallow pit toward the angled panel, where you quickly place another portal just in time to go through it and end up coming out of the floor below the excursion funnel, where you quickly move aside to avoid falling back in. Most of my tries resulted in me not having quite enough momentum to make it all the way up through the angled panel, which I find very frustrating. This makes the puzzle a test of skill and dexterity in addition to a logic puzzle. I'm not saying that there's anything wrong with that, but pure logic puzzles are the kind I like and what I thought this was going to be.

But maybe that's not the intended solution. If there's another method that's easy once you've figured out what you have to do then I haven't found it yet.
Almisuifre  [author] 27 Oct, 2015 @ 6:17am
@Miami Mike, there's no timing involved. You mean the part in the fizzler-button area ?
After hesitations I added it at the last moment, to include a bit of fun in this plain test :)
But I want it to stay simple, hope this move doesn't affect. Because it has to be found out logically, and it's quite a workshop's common move, I will probably leave it as it is.
Thanks for commenting !
Miami Mike 26 Oct, 2015 @ 5:39pm
Excellent test, but there was one tricky timing move that made it more than just a "logic puzzle."
Almisuifre  [author] 26 Oct, 2015 @ 7:51am
Glad you enjoyed ! @Prototype, quat, YUKI, also nice because I use to like yours :)

@The MAD Fool : I will play your P2LC's entry soon (I haven't tried your workshop yet) !

Hey YUKI, thanks for the blindrun. In the middle, you quicksaved on the bridge, then figured out the solution, and started the puzzle again : I thought "please quickload, it's not too late..." Hope you had a good moment anyway, and nice to see you here.
