I dont understand why half your mods have [obsolete] in the title. Obsolete usually means that they have been replaced by something but there is no mention of any replacements for any of these mods. Am i missing something?

i have a problem, I see these tanks as the size they are supposed to be, my son is playing a lan game with me and they are full size odly enough oxygen tanks, it says oxygen on it when i destroy the hydrogen tank it goes away

The coloring isn't working with the last update. And the batteries are like in a state of deconstruction when they are 100% welded. There will be a day when updates stop wreking mods? There are tons of great mods that will never be updated because the creaters are sick of fixing them every time a update drops :S

Does someone else have the problem that the hydrogen tanks fill themself up?
My small ship is not connected to a station and does not have a oxygen generator.
I am using two hydrogen thruster for extra breaking power with the small tank.

hello i love your mod when i saw the tanks used in a buld i knew i had to get my hands on them however it apears that after dowloading the mod the tanks dont show up in my blue prints menue it may be posible im missing them but i was wanting to know if this was a bug

Suggestion: Hyper Compression Hyrogen tank. Exactly the same size and shape as these, only they have a capacity 100x as much. Requires a constant power supply to keep the hydrogen compressed, if power is lost the tank is damaged below red line (or explodes) and all gas is lost.

I really love this mod but have noticed a bug.

When grinding the small tanks, if they are full of hydrogen, they "explode" not dealing any damage but knocking you into jetpack mode and leaving a swirling cloud of gas that destroys framerate until you restart the game.

Coolest hydrogen tanks I've seen. The small one is handy to give each thuster it's own tank. I've also done a mod review with them.

Hey Mr. TumbleTV.

I am a modder and currently making a mod to make exploration a bit more interesting. What I am doing is making "blueprints" that can be found on exploration ships. Each blueprint is good to build 1 block of these modded blocks. I am interested in using this mod since it fits very well into the mod and looks amazing.

If you give me permission to use this mod you will obviously be credited as well as receiving co-authorship of the mod if you so desire.

The small tanks are really heavy compared to vanilla. Vanilla tank = 3161 kg, 3161/125 = 25.2 kg/block. Mass of small tank 576 kg, 576/2 = 288 kg/block more than 10x vanilla.

Very nice models, but have an bug.
If i connect large hydro thrusters to the large tank on small ships, its dont work, if i press the key to fly in the direction, the thruster going "off" - have found the problem : if i set the truster to override, it is working, but only to 90% power, above no working.

Otherwise both tanks are very nice looking and work ok - if i could have a sugestion i would make the indicators more visible - that dark green color is barely visible - esp during flight so quick glance at tanks to see how much is remaining is hard at best - i would propose to utilize the same color/brightness as batteries and solar panles have. this would help greatly in that regard. Hello friend ive done some testing and i have some observations

the smallest tank seems to have 2 issues - firstly indicator works only on one side the other shows empty all the time (in dx9) . and the second issue is : the tank do not recignize stockpile command - aka if you set stockpile - and then move the ship using H.thrusters it will still consume fuel from tank set to stockpile - aka i wanted to have a "reserve" tank and i had to turn off the tank itself cuz of this glitch (aka fill it then turn it off)

The medium tank shares the same indicator glitch - only one side works the other remains dark, on the other hand the stockpile command is working ok - aka you set the tank to stockpile and it can only be filled - no fuel will be used when thrusting.

I think you could considerably decrease the size of this mod. Since you are re-using Keen's textures all the ones found under Textures\Models\Cubes should load from the game's content directory just fine.

This was a very needed addition. I love the addition of new features in the game. Just wish they gave us options on sizes of tanks from the beginning though.

@The MoSS Really? Seriously? You're going to use "its an alpha" excuse? LOL the CODERS are focusing on the planet...the graphic designers do GRAPHICS, at least that's what I read the fanboys say about when anyone asks about the graphic designers " moddelers don't do code", that's what I hear and laugh about, now they do? I understand where you are comming from, but don't make up excuses for something that shouldn't be...it's in plain sight, the dev blocks look like they were done by a amateur. Don't take Tumble's credit away, I mean he did it on HIS free time...THEY are payed for doing it...and have more and probably better resources and still it took him one evening to out do them.

@JaG51.StFw J.E.Sköld lets be real about this, looking at the dev blocks annd almost ALL of the player created one's the dev one's look amateur in comparison, BTW where is the rewamped gravity generator they SHOWED us almost a year ago? It was finished...and didn't make it in the game when they replaced some blocks with their FINISHED versions...

@The MoS: I agree 100%, It's something else for game dev's to add stuff than it is for a modder like me in this example. I have tons of time, devs usually don't when they have weekly updates like keen do.

@Archer, I guess a thank you is in order^^ I actually made it in one evening but to be fair, it could need a little optimization, but it has 2 LOD models to compensate. It's not much higher in poly that most advanced blocks, around 6800 if I remember correct.

@ archer Game is in alpha and dev's are focusing on planets, performance, bugfixing and game balancing. Expect polishing after the dev's are satisfied with technical aspects of the game. Modders are making block by block, dev's are making the game by game. Their time shedule might have similar structure, but it is significantly longer.
