The need changers are on the same tile as a vanilla research option and I cannot unlock it whatsoever.

i would really love a way for a mod that covered entire prison that could keep certain needs down for ever like doortimers open doors at times or keep them closed :O

Yes.

To use any of them, first research need changers.
Then, build a power switch and a need changer.
Turn on the power switch and wire it to the need changer.
Done!

You need to research "Need Changers" with your psychologist first.

The Set utilities look at 10 tiles in each direction and get a max of 50 prisoners, the Entities look 1500 tiles around and max 2000 prisoners.

@aubergine18: Yes. I know. But the Status Effects aren't linked to prisoners with traits. Only the Needs are, that's why I didn't put them in.

Be careful with the drunk / drugs needs - they only exist on prisoners with certain traits, and setting them on prisoners without those traits can throw errors

(Separate for each need/status effect or one big one)?
