This is cool, especially consider these are custom, and this guy did really well with the shading. I suck at drawing and stuff, so adding shaders to make hats would look like to be a pain.

yeah, you download the .hat files and then you put them into your local files at Program Files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > Duck Game. you can get there by finding duck game in your steam library and right clicking on it and then going to Properties > Local Files > Browse Local Files.
