@WandererSilent thanks! I'm pretty busy with life at the moment, but more pressingly, my install of Civ 5 doesn't work too well on my university laptop (ie doesn't run mods properly). Until I get a better PC, this is on hiatus. Hopefully I'll get back to it soon!

@Zetacius, I've been working on and off on the project, but due to issues with running civ as well as overall busyness I haven't had time to really work on it. It might be a while longer.
