Forget a cosmetic - this could be a new weapon. I'm not sure what it would do exactly but I bet Valve could come up with something awesome.

Everyone is sayin Viktor, The Machine Herald [LOL character] because of the third arm, i can list some things with 3 arms, its just a really cool medic concept honestly, and it doesn't resemble him that much, he hasnt ridded his body of flesh and turned himself into the first of the glorious evolution.
