Are the Racial Governance bonuses additions or alterations to the military side choices?
Do you still get the vanilla bonus as well?

i found a mod where each hex gives a city boni depending on climate and land type. i think that would fit perfectly. but i somehow think it's unlogical, so i hope you will implement your own version of it.

Is it possible to make a compatibility patch with the racial heritage mod? The halfling Jester no longer get the blight damage bonus with this on.

Also will the Governance bonuses stay as they were for leaders who don't have an Exemplar specialisation? And will this mod be incompatible with any mod that modifies Governance? Also i assume the Exemplar governance bonuses only apply to leaders, not heroes?

Are the Empire upgrades for Exemplar classes in addition to the normal upgrades for that race? Or instead of them?

Just to inform anyone downloading lots of mods, this mod interfears with the Legendary Units mod. Specifically the dwarves firstborn and human's Knight. Took a while to find it so I hope it'll save you some time.

Would you be able to create a mode based around particular strategies, such as: Guardian, bonuses to pikemen; Ambassador, bonuses to Dwelling units; Summoner, bonuses to Summons, etc.?

They shouldn't conflict auboy105. What I added were Racial Specializations, other than using the same naming convention as the Racial Governance mechanic they don’t actually interact so I believe it will work with Juz's mod. (However, the only way to be certain is to test.)

For your future expansion - Can you require 'the dragon mod' instead of obsidian dragons in Dwellings? That mod does a lot to the dragon dwelling than just add obsidian dragons to it.

Good Point Noin, thank you for the feedback. I am toying with the idea of scaling it back to once per combat per Civic Guard Unit but wanted to test it as is.

For comparison a Human Archer gets 3 shots at 8 base damage or up to 24 vs 1 shot at 22 damage for a ballista. (The higher single shot damage of the ballista will do more damage vs higher defense units but less damage than the archer vs lower defense units.)
At Elite rank compared to the Human Archer there is even more of a difference 3 shots at 12 damage plus 2 spirt damage or 36 physical and 6 spirit vs the ballista 1 shot at 24 damage (since the civic guard splits damage bonus between melee and ranged).
*This is 39 +6 for the archer if you have the Champion Human Exemplar tier researched.

Human Civic Guard man prepared Ballistae: When garrisoned in a city with walls they gain the Fire Ballista ability. - while a nice idea it is rediculously OP. Human Warlord and no one can take your cities anymore.

Thank you Sir Toine. The Obsidian Dragons in Dwellings mod is required for a planned expansion of this mod but not necessary yet so I removed the requirement from the current mod.

hey not sure it's intended but game won't launch with your mod unless i get the "obsidian dragon in dwelling" one
