Spotify: On the launch screen, select Data Files. Make sure the mod has a checkmark and move it to the bottom of the list.
nailgun 17 Jul, 2016 @ 5:07pm
since i subscribed to this mod, i've only received light armor as quest rewards
sp0ckrates  [author] 23 Apr, 2016 @ 8:56am
OK, let me check those out and get back to you.
Dissonant 23 Apr, 2016 @ 8:46am
Well then*
Dissonant 23 Apr, 2016 @ 8:46am
Well the all the chests in Bleak Falls Barrow, Hajvarr's River Watch area(Forgot the name), and alot of the chests where Bandits are
sp0ckrates  [author] 23 Apr, 2016 @ 6:44am
OK. Let me know the name of the quest (or location) where one of the chest was located. I'll check it out in the CK.
Dissonant 23 Apr, 2016 @ 6:15am
I tried those and even started a completely new character but still have the rewards for Mage and then rarely a greatsword also in chests

Spooder: So the way the game appears to work is this: When you get a quest (it shows up in your quest list) the game populates the NPCs and quest rewards. So switching mods or advancing levels doesn't seem to change that. Two things to try:

1. Load a previous save made before a quest starts with the mod you want at the bottom of the load order (select Data Files on the launch screen and use the move down button to move it to the bottom)

2. Start a new quest that's not already in your list (of course, the mod you want to use should be at the bottom before you do).
Dissonant 22 Apr, 2016 @ 7:45pm
It gives me the items for both mods ._.
Dissonant 22 Apr, 2016 @ 7:43pm
So I got a mini-problem: I had installed the Better Mages Rewards for when I used a mage character and then removed it and have this one currently installed but I keep getting the same loots from the Mages Rewards...any suggestions?

MORE THAN A MILLION
SUBSCRIBERS ON STEAM!

=======================

At last count, there were 1,010,000+ subscribers to the 60+ mods of the sp0ckrates Steam Skyrim workshop. My mod-making partner and I couldn't have done it without everyone who tried out our mods. Dudes! You are the best!
dudeolie 17 Mar, 2016 @ 7:46am
ok i understand
sp0ckrates  [author] 17 Mar, 2016 @ 7:12am
Loliver: So my mods don't seem to get many subscribers on Nexus. Each mod I upload there gets less than 10% the number of subscribers they get here. On Utilitarian grounds, putting mods on Nexus is not a good use of my time. But let me know if you have some logical reason why I should. I'm always willing to listen to reason. 🤓
dudeolie 17 Mar, 2016 @ 7:05am
is this on nexus?
sp0ckrates  [author] 28 Jan, 2016 @ 2:02am
No prob
Chromerator 27 Jan, 2016 @ 3:00pm
Ah ok, thank you for the clarification (not to mention that extra tidbit about how the launcher loads mods and that stuff.)
sp0ckrates  [author] 27 Jan, 2016 @ 12:25pm
Leedle: Sorry for being clear as mud! You should put the one you want the character you are using now to use at the bottom. The Steam Skyrim launcher loads mods at the top first. Mods at the bottom overwrite changes made by mods at the top of the list.
Chromerator 27 Jan, 2016 @ 10:00am
So I should put the newest one I've gotten at the bottom, regardless of which character I want to play?
sp0ckrates  [author] 27 Jan, 2016 @ 6:29am
Leedle: You may use both mods at the same time. Just follow the steps listed under "Changing the Load Order" in the description for this mod.
Chromerator 26 Jan, 2016 @ 2:23pm
Continued: Would it cause problems if I used 2 of these mods at the same time?
Chromerator 26 Jan, 2016 @ 2:22pm
Question: Since my main character is an assassin/thief, I got your mod for better rewards for that kind of character. Now my other character uses this kind of stuff (heavy armor and two-handed weapons), so naturally I want to use this mod. Now my question is: If I want to play my assassin one day, then my knight the next, should I disable the mod specified to assassins so that my knight won't be getting that kind of gear? Or is there some sort of mechanic that tells the game what kind of build/class I'm currently playing as? Sorry for the long message, I just had to make sure you understand what I'm saying.

HydroKronic 23 Jan, 2016 @ 9:55am
awesome im a knight. thanks for the mod:)
sp0ckrates  [author] 3 Jan, 2016 @ 10:01am
Talmaros: If it will help, load my mod and DG in the CK. Then filter the results using sp0 (letters s and p and number zero). It will display all I've changed or added with this mod. Now open each object. Wherever you see a leveled bow or leveled enchanted bow, add a leveled crossbow or leveled enchanted crossbow. Then save the results. Keep the mod for your own use, or let me know if you want to upload it to the workshop and give me credit for making the original.

:)
Talmaros 3 Jan, 2016 @ 7:49am
no problem, I will make them by myself ;)
sp0ckrates  [author] 2 Jan, 2016 @ 6:36pm
Talmaros: That would require making the Dawnstar DLC required.
Talmaros 2 Jan, 2016 @ 4:09pm
Does it also add crossbows? Maybe I´ll gonna find out myself, but being sure would be cool.
sp0ckrates  [author] 2 Jan, 2016 @ 2:56pm
Teufel: Pickpockets doesn't require the load order, so yes it will work, as will the BRAT Merchant mods.
Kirudos 1 Jan, 2016 @ 4:09pm
What happens if the mod is not at the bottom of the load order? IE: I have Knights and Pickpocket, if knight is the bottom and pickpocket is the one above that will pickpocket not work?
sp0ckrates  [author] 24 Dec, 2015 @ 2:53pm
Much appreciated. 😎👍
PresidentRaygun 24 Dec, 2015 @ 12:32pm

sp0ckrates  [author] 22 Nov, 2015 @ 8:03am
Engineer: If you go to Riften and join the Thieves Guild, fences become available upon completing quests. They buy and sell stolen goods.
Lazy Engineer 22 Nov, 2015 @ 4:38am

BRAT PICKPOCKETS RELEASED!
=============================

Great for thief characters who want to get rich quicker, or anyone who wants to bring up their sneaking and pickpocketing skills. This mod gives you up to three times more gold, jewelry and other valuables when picking pockets. It even lets you pick the pockets of children in the game, who carry common and rare alchemy ingredients. Rich citizens have 3x more loot in their pockets. Common citizens have twice the loot to pickpocket. Even poor beggars have rare potions and alchemy ingredients.

The mod may be used with any of the other mods in the BRAT collection. You may subscribe to it, here:
