Was surprisingly difficult to find a vox pupuli download. That civ website is hard to navigate

Would also be good to not have two projects available with the same research.

I think the XCOM project should be moved to nanotechnology discovery, personally.

Sorry, I should have been more specific. The food of my cities were actually declining every turn until there were no more food under the city tile itself. But as you said, it is quite likely involved with the mod itself.

What do you mean by losing food in all your cities?

Do you lose all your food or lose just the food bonus? This could be a bug with the mod itself and not just limited to mine.

There seems to be a strange quirk involving Maritime city-states. When conquered, liberated and a sphere of influence is created AND you somehow bring your influence with them down into the negatives, you start to lose food in all your cities every turn until you bring it back up again. I know not if it is only with this mod or if it persists with base VP (though iirc, sphere of inluence in vp is completely static no matter what happens. I could be wrong).

Hmmm... I might as well have to make my own revolution effect then.

Hi mate. This mod doesn't work great with the latest VP (when creating a sphere of influence, it says a revolution occurs but no units then it says revol is victorious but you still keep sphere of influence with a -60 influence...) Not sure if intended like this.
Love the mod so would like to see an update if possible :)

If you puppet a city-state and then choose to liberate it, you can't do so again for another city-state you puppet because apparently each event choice can only be chosen once.

so i downloaded the other necesarry parts from the linked website, but everytime i start a game it game overs me right after loading. ive looked around but i didn't find a solution to the problem on the website. help?

Looks good. Like the idea of alternating hosts of the World Congress. Shame it isn't stand alone. I've downloaded the community patch and everything, but some of the mods I like to use apparently break it, so at the moment I'm just putting it off. Would be nice if this didn't have to use the patches.

No these are new projects that you can do along with the ones already in the game by the developers.

So just to be sure. I can only do these two projects if I enable this mod? I cannot do ones already in the game by the developers?

I'm afraid you'll have to ask a DLL modder for such a thing as Firaxis hasn't even installed LUA coding to determine if you voted no on a proposal!

what i'd like is a way for a nation to refuse something the world congress decide, or to simply refuse to go in the world congress in the first place..

Venetian Puppets only get 2 votes at pop 10 and 20.
