@tiitegooutte can you explain a bit more what you mean when you say you are not able to "begin normally"? This mod does not alter the beginning of the game. It only adds a few location markers to your map to enable fast travel.
That said, this particular mod does not affect performance at all, as it simply adds new map markers.
I am asking because my laptop isn't very good and I need to get rid of extra mods to help my framrate, and I don't need this one anymore.
Helgen Outskirts
Riverwood
Dragonsreach
Whiterun Stables
Western Watchtower
Bleak Falls Barrow
High Hrothgar
Ustengrav
Kynesgrove
Kynesgrove Burial Mound
If you want to skip the opening Helgen quest, I suggest the following excellent mod by Arthmoor https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=75889890
For Steam Workshop installation, just open the launcher window and leave Data Files menu for a minute to make sure it downloads / check the box to activate, same as for every Steam Workshop mod.
If so, do you have any other mods installed that might also be modifying the High Hrothgar location marker?
Unlocking every location via console command in the game ruins part of the fun of discovering locations as you explore the world.

only problem when i started skyrim when i got out of helgen and headed to riverwood i was over weight with items but still cool mod (i havent tried it xD)
The purpose of "Fus Ro Start!" is to unlock only a few map markers at the very beginning of the game, so you can quickly advance to the point where dragons are appearing in the world and you can get all three words of Fus Ro Dah.
It removes some of the tedium of starting a new playthrough, while still allowing you to explore the world and find most of the locations on your own.
but maybe you put it form those who dont use it
