Anarchy makes the game crash, several mods don't work as supposed or can't work together

Everytime I start up a game I keep getting an error every 5 seconds

How do I fix this?

Having so much stuff is awesome. And it mostly works together. But it seems something breaks the Parks tab; can't place any of the default parks to raise land values cause they're just not there anymore.

I downloaded pretty much all of them. 0-0
