i can't plaiyng russion mission epsilone OW closes before the game starts why?

That's retarded, you cam do it yourself by cheat engine, I have every person upgraded to 10 level in everything nad finished campaigns with all the medals on normal difficulty, now i do the same with arabian campaign mod.

For mission 8 with the russians, I am not able to finish the level as I am not able to research any third level research from my research facilities, so the game just continues on??? I have built the base fully and researched everything I can, but the level will not finish? So it mustbe a bug? Can someone help as I have retired the mission several times with the same result?
