Many tactics works well with the bigger clubs, but for us players who enjoy managing the weaker teams, might not have access to the same types of players needed for the tactic.

I know how to play 4-2-3-1 or 4-1-2-3 possesion tactic but 4-3-1-2 direct football was new for me.
