@VTree Awesome! Someone did a playthrough of my chamber! Well, if you want recommendations from my maps you could try out "Forgotten Rooms" I did a while ago. And if you have someone to play with you could try out "Bounce Plus COOP".

Hm. I just jumped across, got the lasercube, portaled and hit the first laser target and walked out . Not as intended I think.

Nicely done! I liked the bouncy transport mechanix and the sequence of steps. Didn't get stuck, thanks for the rescue tho...

@Flav606 The pit's purpouse.. well, that pit was the whole idea with the map really. So, I don't see any reaseon to really remove it from this map. And honestly, the map would be a little bit dull without the pit IMO.

Ok everyone, I thought about the bouncy gel in the middle and players getting stuck, and the solution I chose was to add a portable surface in the pit.

I have also made a COOP map utilizing this layout called "Bounce Plus COOP" (kudos to myself for that groundbreakingly innovative name, kappa).

Yes you can get stuck in the center. An easy fix would be to raise the floor enough so the bounce gel can get the player back up to any of the side rooms. Apart from that, this is a very good puzzle.

You can very easily get stuck in the center. I would suggest making some way to portal out of it.

You need to fix the gel part. If you crouch or fail to get enough momentum you're stuck.

Great test ! It took me about 5-6 mins to figure out what i need to do. Don't know if there is another way to complete it,but for me dropping the cube from top to the bottom(room with the red button box) worked perfectly ! 10/10 map,keep it up!

CyberWing89: perhaps a portalable surface in a hidden alcove in the base of the bouncy area, just in case an escape is needed?

You can get stuck if you hold ctrl in the blue gel hole.

@BondageKitty Well the bounce gel wasn't much more of a puzzle element than simply a way to get to different parts of the test chamber. The map's layout however is built around it (and it was the whole idea from the start). And I don't mind pointing out so small details :). I'd actually say it's good to point out even small details like that, good or bad. It makes me as a mapmaker have more insight into what works and what doesn't, or maybe it could give me an idea for another map or another way to build certain parts of puzzles. While this wasn't the case right now, I certainly don't mind.

Only when crouching. Just didn't see how the bounce goo played into the puzzle. It's a little thing so don't mind my nitpicking.The puzzle was pretty sweet itself.

@BondageKitty On my playtests, I only got stuck if I crouched so I stopped bouncing. Is that the problem or did you get stuck anyways?
