For the materials, why dont you have a .vtf for each .vmt file like other models do? Could you maybe add me and send me the .vtf files? I really enjoy this model and I would like to look at the material.

Are you familiar with normalmaps? They're the sort of weird blue textures you'll find some models use. They actually simulate geometry and give you all those nice details without the polycount going through the roof.

In this case the green channel of the normalmap isn't set right. In source it is considered 'wrong' and needs to be inverted to display properly.

If you have photoshop it's just a matter of selecting just the green channel and hitting ctrl + i.

@Oh I never knew that :/ but what do you mean my Normals are inverted?

Blocking or being blocked doesn't stop you from being able to view their work.
Believe me I wish it did.

Also your normals are inverted. Should probably fix that.

A reskin of the HW Zelda model based off Hilda from A Link Between Worlds? BRILLIANT! I watched a playthough of that game and highly enjoyed it.
