It's caused by the bug where small conveyor tubes lost their side mount point, which is fixed in the latest DEV build (mentioned in the update video around 1:16).
Hopefully it will also get fixed in STABLE build soon.
Also love not having to use hydrogen :P Favourited
Perfectly fits in my base those, just love it.
Perfect, and not to overpowered :)
Very impressed ! Hope to see more from you
Otherwise this is the droid i'm looking for !
Great job without using hydrogen !!
use this ship to fly in style lol
It should be in your bluprint list if you subscribed it.
@Abstract
You could use ctrl + P to choose existing block color if I remember it correctly.
I think there should be a group to enable/disable the atmospheric thrusters so that they don't continue to expend power once you reach space.
Maybe add a headlight or two? I'm not sure if it'd fit anywhere in the sleek design.
I think ore detectors should by default be off, due to power restraints of batteries at present.
That's more of an issue with all battery-powered craft though. I think as far as the intentions behind the way the game should work are concerned, it's just fine.
I think they'll adjust it later on so that batteries provide and hold more power. Otherwise they're just really darn big pains to work with.
Yeah, I do kinda worry about the powers.
The space is enough to replace two batteries to a large reactor, though.
Think I would try it later :)
and then thats where you say, "trust me. im an engineer!"
honestly, thats my favourite sentence ever XD
Haha~ because I know there's gona be people thinking it wouldn't make it and give up once the speed starts to drop :)
@michel.robichaud
Before planets came out, nobody was sure about it so everyone made their landing craft with hydrogen thruster (including myself)
But apparently it is possible :)
Thanks :)
The hydrogen tanks for small ships are so large but with so little capacity.
Ah, you must have hit the timer block on hotbar No.8
It turns the batteries to recharge, so hitting the timer block again won't work.
You need to activate the batteries manually, then.
Yep, it works :) thank you ~
@roughskies
It works well as long as there are atmosphere, so the moon is actually the most tricky one~
Even the icy moon has atmosphere for the thrusters to work.
That is nice :)
But I guess higher speed cap also makes landing more dangerous?
It might get too fast for the thrusters to get ship to fully stop.
Thank you :)
@ivanchaos
I didn't think it would be possible at first, either. But luckily we made it :D
@[Ruca]Cypher
Press 9 use the "landing timer", I will fix it later today, sorry for your inconvenience.
