You can disable those or just run with it. Affected houses are:

Tu installe le mod + les themes + les bâtiments
Une fois dans le jeu, tu clique sur un quartier que tu auras créé au préalable.
Tu verras alors un onglet theme dans les propriétés du quartier.
Tu coche le ou les themes du Sud.
Si ton quartier corresponds au theme (par exemple residentiel base densité pour les petites maisons), les bâtiments pousseront.
