does this bug also occur when you play offline against bots? i think this is a server mismatch. can you record a demo?

Another: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=596491383 It's like the ride is still there, but invisible and not moving. The middle post goes away too and can't be jumped on to get health.

Screenshot of disappearing merry go round: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=596490790 This time it disappeared while a player and I were shooting each other beside it. Tried to get it to do it while we were on it but I can't seem to figure out what triggers it.

I found a bug on this map. When two or more people get on merry go round together they get stuck. After that the merry go round disappeared off the map, but was still there invisible.
