CZ store have a rear red fiber sight like the model:

The regular one don't have the tritium fibers.

Small nitpick: The real SP-01 Shadow doesn't have any dots on the rear sight, it's completely blacked out. Reason being speed shooting relies almost entirely on seeing your front sight, rear dots are just distracting.
Thanks for clarification, though it would probably be hard to simulate fiber optic behaviour in source, so even if the sights should not be illuminated, it's more practical on night maps.

Point of impact is very slightly under the tip of front sight.
I was confused. Didn't know tritium filled fibers exist :]
In the game they glow because the sight's texture is self illuminated.
