@*E^ AVii0NiiK it's because that one replaces the model. This will only work with reskins of the original L1A1

He created an old version of this and it was different from the one we're having. this one is shared with the FAL. No i don't like vanilla anims.

Hi Zombie :) Before the whining starts I wanna say that I absolutely like ur stuff since I'm using many of your reanimations and now the distant gunshots as well :D I'd really appreciate if u could fix this one. When shooting while aiming down sights it sometimes looks like the "changing firemod" animation, while sprinting it shows shoot/recoil animation and if u pull the trigger with empty mag it plays the "loading chamber" animation (just in case that information could be of any help).

@[Fs]Lemonificent i fixed the empty reload clipping bug and some other small things, along with making the 1x optics more accurate (there was a bug and the bullets landed slightly below the reticles... fixed now in most recent update)

I like it but even with the stock model/skin it removes the top of the reciever which ruins the model.

@Capone - maybe you opened the game before the model was downloaded from the workshop? If you are certain you downloaded it, make sure you have no model replacments for the l1a1 (retextures of the stock l1a1 are fine though, and are even compatible with my animations.)

Yes there is. If you use inch pattern mags in a metric (FAL) rifle the bolt hold open works fine, but not visa versa. If the appropriate mag is used in each weapon - they both have BHO functions that work just fine. Ok so I do like this a lot but the hip fire recoil is so high it's insane when firing this weapon.

I spy some clipping during the mag-in animation.
Around 0:17 in the video, only major complaint i found so far.

I'd imagine it's to give the animation more pizazz, which you might consider somewhat stupid seeing as Insurgency is a "tactical shooter" and the last thing you want is to be adding non-HighSpeedLowDragTZoneTightJeansTighterGroupings shit since it wouldent make sense tactically, but it shows off the gun more which is nice to look at so personally i dont mind.

I'm a little confused, regarding the empty reload. The magazine release on the FAL/L1A1 is a fairly simple paddle in front of the trigger guard, and there is no bolt stop to hold the bolt open when the magazine is empty. Why does the character appear to check the chamber when he reloads from an empty magazine?
