Nice design, but maybe it's just me, but the nodes are too close together when i place it and it creates hard cliff edges at the crosswalks. Trying to connect a road is impossible without moving the nodes, as it says "slope too steep"

It's been working well for me, kind of a set it and forget it deal.
DaisyDeeWoof 2 Dec, 2021 @ 11:44pm
Does this work with left side roads?
Otter 13 Sep, 2021 @ 2:48pm
Any chance of a version independent of NE2? hasn't been updated in 2 years and has issues now.
skorph 29 May, 2020 @ 11:05am
thank you bro, this save my city

No more traffic light!
Thank you!
monsterhart 19 Aug, 2018 @ 11:05am
Nice idea but traffic going straight is going to clog the works. A roundabout is always slower than a cross for a 4 way intersections. It gives me an idea for a multilane intersection though...
invrwilliams 2 Aug, 2018 @ 11:39am
This is my go-to roundabout for nearly every intersection. It is small, compact, and works amazingly. It can handle a large volume of traffic without taking up much space. A 6X6 roundabout park fits perfectly in the center IF you want to delete the existing brush and pathways.

I do appreicate you sharing your roundabout and interchanges, they are very much appreciated.
If you have any spare time and inclination could you please consider whether they could do with an update, especially with their dependancy on the NE mod, with some of the roundabouts, rather than NE2.
Not sure if some are finding the interchanges with tunnels and or rails not working as they once did considering when they were first uploaded, and how the game has changed since.

Many thanks again for sharing :)

love the music in your roundabout Vid. The Mia Tia radio station on sound cloud is great. MKBHD has a great taste in music.

Glad to see people are still using it, it's a very old one :)

Just gotta say, this roundabout is a life-saver. For some reason, either coding behavior or otherwise, a lot of other roundabouts that have been engineered for the game end up with merging issues, and even with Traffic President, I can't seem to avoid gridlock. Drop this puppy in and problem solved. Amazing work!
Impact  [author] 9 Apr, 2016 @ 5:51pm
@ Dylan, that issue fixed with the new version of the roundabout. Please make sure to update it. Enjoy!
Aloma23 21 Mar, 2016 @ 1:55am
I love it, es la mejor rotonda del mundo :D
Dylan 11 Mar, 2016 @ 4:54pm
The roads are not perfectly aligned relative to each other.
Peuka 10 Mar, 2016 @ 3:51am
The best roundabout I've ever seen ;D :steamhappy:
Impact  [author] 18 Feb, 2016 @ 10:33am
@maryy_wind, the assests that require Network Extensions Project mod are not working right now because the mod is not updated yet. Please wait day or two until the developer of the mod will update it.

Broken =[
Tandpastatester 24 Jan, 2016 @ 9:55am
@Impact: Yes. I'm running Traffic Manager President. I kinda assumed that would be the cause, since that mod heavily changes pathfinding. Disabling it fixed the issue. But I can't get your roundabout to work together with it. Even by upgrading roads and endlessly changing lane arrows cars would do the weirdest things on the roundabout. Probably because the traffic just has different ways to choose lanes.

I already moved on from T++ because I didn't like it's heavy performance load and how it roots into my savegames. Now I'm thinking about disabling TMPE as well because there are more 'downtown' intersections that aren't optimal. But on the other hand it also improves a lot of other traffic situations (like a lot less clogging in larger highway exits/ramps and interchanges). Do you happen to know an even better one? Or better just run without any AI mods at all?
Impact  [author] 22 Jan, 2016 @ 2:36am
@Tandpastatester, i tested it now again for 20 min and it seems to work perfectly.
You have Traffic++ or any other mods like this installed?
You can always upgrade the inner part to 3-Lane Highway and it will work much better.
Tandpastatester 21 Jan, 2016 @ 8:16pm
@Impact, There seems to be a pathfinding issue on the roundabout. The cars seem to refuse to drive on an inner part of the roundabout and instead take the exit, make a sharp turn and enter again. Any idea why this happens?
Armiche 6 Jan, 2016 @ 12:31pm
no funciona parece practica pero no funciona
xPelZx 3 Dec, 2015 @ 3:56am
Looks very promising, gotta test this out :D
Impact  [author] 2 Dec, 2015 @ 12:39pm
@ramrom, No worries, they are using it :)
ramrom 2 Dec, 2015 @ 11:11am
But the second lane on the inner roundabout is not going to be used.
Impact  [author] 2 Dec, 2015 @ 5:43am
@Rocketpants, yep, thats why my assets requires "Network Extensions Project". It contains one of the 2-Lane highway ramps. Without enabling NEP - an error will show up.
Rocketpants 1 Dec, 2015 @ 11:38am
@Captain_Schmidt @Impact I had this error too. I realized that after subscribing to Network Extensions Project I have to turn the mod on in the game. Don't forget to do that. With that done this asset works fine. Thanks @Impact :)
Impact  [author] 1 Dec, 2015 @ 10:33am
@MrMiyagi, You're welcome :)
MrMiyagi 1 Dec, 2015 @ 10:10am
These series of tight roundabouts are all genius, thank you so much for making something simultaneously attractive, functional and compact all at the same time!
Impact  [author] 30 Nov, 2015 @ 1:18pm
@Captain_Schmidt (IAN), Unsbscribe to this asset and "Network Extensions Project" mod - and subscribe again. This will fix it.
Schmidt 30 Nov, 2015 @ 12:56pm
I get the error: Broken assets:

@evon117 yes
Two way was in the context of the roundabout which, as Delana said, are one way.
Impact  [author] 30 Nov, 2015 @ 1:54am
@Delana, Wise words my friend :)
Delana 29 Nov, 2015 @ 4:23pm
@Mine_Man6 I'm pretty sure "Two-Way" refers to the four exit/entrance roads (with trees on the medians), not the inside circle. The exit/entrance roads look two-way to me. The inside circle roads are one-way, which is how roundabouts work. :)
evon117 28 Nov, 2015 @ 6:50pm
@Mine_Man6 are you special needs?
eeloocraft113 28 Nov, 2015 @ 8:02am
They still look like one way roads
Impact  [author] 28 Nov, 2015 @ 7:40am
@Mine_Man6, Use your eyes.
eeloocraft113 28 Nov, 2015 @ 6:58am
Looks one way, not two way.
Impact  [author] 25 Nov, 2015 @ 4:26am
@FrenzyPinguin, It works fine with AD. What's the message that you get?
Frenzy 24 Nov, 2015 @ 6:13pm
error message. is it okay for night expansion?
tolaansebrenn 24 Nov, 2015 @ 10:11am
this will come in handy somewhere. thanks.
Liamcarr10 24 Nov, 2015 @ 8:40am
if you can do one of these conneting to a motorway so 3 ways roads and the 4th way a motorway can you do that for us thanks
