I didn't see the symbols that indicated the left hand receptacle turned off the fizzler covering the laser room. Once I spotted that I was good to go.

There's a flaw that makes your test very easy to solve: You can do a portal-bump on the ceiling to get past the fizzler.

that was a good puzzle but I think all the confusion comes down to not having any indicator that the cube holder toggles the fizzler. Right now it only looks like it is necessary to open the exit.

Here is the Solution: You have to take the prism (lasercube) to the part with the exitdoor. Then you hat to face it directly into the Laserreceiver.You go through the fizzler to the other side of the map. Make a Portal at the Laser and place your second Portal that it fits in the prism on the other side. So the fizzler is now off. Order the Normal Cube and take it through the disabled fizzler. Shot a Portal somewhere so that the fizzlers flip. Now you can put the 2 cubes into the buttons. Now the 3rd fizzler turns off, you can simply shoot portals through the grating and youre done! :p2wheatley:

Looks impossible to bring both cube with the 2 fizzler, and if I can then the 2 cube is useless because they needed to disable the fizzler to bring the 2 cube :)
