Because you didn't read the description where it says the face is posed with bodygroups.

Hey Majora, I LOVE this roy model. I just have one question: How do I control roy's facial expressions? I can't seem to figure out how to control the face joints by myself.

Yeah Steam's being wonky, and I don't really care for GMod so I'm just handing it off to RTB for the GMod port.

You do realize I've had dibs for a GMod Roy model ever since he was announced, Prawn? Check any one of my SSB4U packs, you'll see his icon under "Coming not-so-soon". Sure I never got around to it because life is a bugger, but that doesn't mean that I'm not willing to help get it ported over.
