If anyone knows a fix I'd massively appreciate it, even if I doubt I'll get one. Shame, I really wanna play as them, guess I'll just have to play with her as AI.
For troubleshooting, if anyone has any ideas: I'm running Civ 5 with all DLC on a late-2013 MacBook Pro with macOS 10.13.2, a 2.6 GHz i5, 16GB DDR3, and Intel Iris.
As for the alcohol issue, I have yet to figure out a way to prevent Roanapur from receiving a settler from collective rule. Needless to say, you aren't supposed to get any settlers beyond the one you start with while playing as Roanapur.
And a minor issue (or not, if intentional), when you get a settler in the Liberty tree, that founding a city with that settler doesn't give you an Alcohol Luxury, despite the trait, only if you outright buy a city-state or conquer a city.
@Cool Cat: Yeah, that would be awesome. Unfortunately, for the time being, doing that is a bit beyond my skill level. Once I learn how to do just that, I do fully intend to update the mod with compatibility.
