This mod is in a collection of many other unit mods, is there anyway to make it so those units are also recruitable for via this mod?

Well i belive certain units that are faction specific should be available to all 4 empires of sand factions. I am at the moment using a "mish mash", that is, a number of different mods to give them a more full roster. I have a list of the changes and units i think should be available, noticed and used some of your other mods so wanted to ask. I am no modder myself :P

yes I have empire of sands, and I do request to an extent. depending on time it takes, the knowledge I have in moding and how much time I have at the time of request.

But it doesn't hurt to ask, what do you want implimented? :)
