Mine not that powerful, i think, don't really know what's powerful and what not.
I have an Intel cor I7 and an Nvidia GTX 580 ti.

I had about 30 fps at 5%. Even moved it a little with drag god power :D Depends on the PC

Sure, it can be played at speeds over 3%, but if I try doing that, the max framerate is about 5-7 fps, and that makes my head hurt after a little while.

Oh, I see. By the way, I tried it, my PC didn't blown up, I even could take about 5% speed with it :D It is really huge :D

I only used braces to reduce the block count. I had a version made out of nothing but regular blocks with a block count of 4200+ blocks. My computer froze when i tried to save it, wich made me lose the save file

Braces affects performance havily. You can try to use less of them, may help a little

I'ts a work in progress. The Problem is that you have to run it at 0 or 1% speed or the lag will be unbearable. Adding moving parts to make it fly would make it even worse.

I have a question. Does it do anything? Could you write something about that in description? It looks really niece in the pictures, but I don't want to risk my PC melted without good reason. If I could fly it, I'll take it :)

I had some trouble with building it, but loading it up was never an issue. And my PC is not all that powerfull

Dude I loaded up your star destroyer and my game crashed
PC SPECS:
amd 8 core fx 8320
8 gb ddr3 1600 mhz
hd 7970 ghz xfx

Can run bf4 at 1080 at 75 frames+ can't run besige when loading a community machine.

Besiege This! made a lot of megabuilds with a couple thousand blocks too. But this one is marvellous :D great job!
