Seconding FrostBite's request for an M9 flashlight -> LAM compile as soon as you have the time man. Your model is excellent!

EDIT: Wouldn't even care if you did just the flashlight. There's still a semi-working USP mod for the M9 in the workshop.

I don't know if this has been requested alreadx and I am sorry if so, but could you seperate the LAM Model and port it to the M9. Since the M9 has it's own Flashlight and Lasersight Models this could work. Hope you take a look at this when you have spare time and keep up your good work!

I understand, but as I've said below it's impossible to have the game detatch the LAM from the gun for the M45 without it affecting the makarov as they use the same flashlight and laser models. I can compile a version that uses the original makarov laser and flashlight in the near future when I have some time to do so, but at this point in time it's impossible to use the LAM that it comes with as a seperate attachement for the M45.

I wish, just wish and nothing more, that LAM would apear when player decide to use either flashlight or laser. If not, there could be pure mk23, you catch my drift :)

The M9 happens to have it's own flashlight/laser attachement. At this time though it's only going to be for the M45 as I have a number of other compiles i'm currently working on.

Unfortunately no, as the flashlight & laser is shared between the m45 and makarov, it's currently impossible to have it seperated. Maybe if the developers adjust that in the future I will change it accordingly.

@2Btn Not sure why there's a lighting issue for you, the mesh's normals should be correct, not sure why it's flipping for you. Could be a lighting issue with the map as the hands are also affected. As far as the flashlight stuff, I'm going to tweak it so that it works more "correctly". As a temporary thing I just moved the bone for the underbarrel down to get the laser & flashlight models out of the way, will look into getting it all properly adjusted.

Incredibly strange issue, having this weapon out seems to make the viewmodels respond to lighting at an offset. Standing in the sun, lit as if in-doors. [puu.sh] Moving just a bit further gives the correct lighting. [puu.sh]
This doesn't seem to be texture related, your VMTs all look in order and you can probably tell that I had already edited the textures for myself in my screenshots. It must be something wrong with how you compiled your model, but I really couldn't guess what the heck is causing the issue.
Also, this might be sort of intentional, but the flashlight is being emit from really low down, [puu.sh] and it just looks sort of weird.
